How I care about my members

I have to say that I don't have the best memory. I easily forget things if I don't take a note of it. However, I always try to remember what my members tell me about themselves during my Katakotoeigotalk. Therefore, the next time we meet, I could continue what we have talked about last week without asking about it again. This is just a small thing, but when I truly want to care about my members, I feel that we are getting a bit closer to each other.
